Alva Ölander has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2018, Alva worked as a Receptionist jour at Inhouse AB. In 2019, Alva served as a Butikschef (Coffee Shop Manager) at Espresso House Group, where they were responsible for staff management, recruitment, and general operations. In 2020, Alva worked as a Butiksbiträde (Shop Assistant) with purchasing responsibilities at Hotel Diplomat Stockholm. Alva then joined Senterprise - IT Experts Delivered in 2022, first as a Tech Sourcer intern and later as a Tech Talent Sourcer. Recently, Alva also worked as a Tech Talent Sourcer (Consultant) for Independtech.

Alva Ölander pursued their education at Linköping University from 2020 to 2023, where they completed their Kandidatexamen (Bachelor's degree) in Human Resources.
