Kristen Galloway, MBA, is a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst at Sentara Healthcare since April 2021, specializing in managing HEDIS-related data and developing custom Tableau dashboards for Clinically Integrated Networks. Prior to this role, Kristen worked at University Physicians'​ Association, Inc. as a Data Analyst, where responsibilities included building SQL databases, generating various reports, and assisting in ACO Incentive projects. Kristen also has experience as an HIE Integration Engineer at OnePartner, focusing on data extraction from EMRs, and as a System Analyst at Eastman Chemical Company, with prior internship experience at Siemens. Kristen holds an MBA from Carson-Newman University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from East Tennessee State University.
