Belle Childress, LPC, currently serves as the Manager of Business & Systems Integration at Sentara Health Plans, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Belle held various roles at Virginia Premier from June 2018 to June 2023, including Senior Manager of Behavioral Health and Manager of Government Programs. Prior experience includes positions at Magellan Healthcare, Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services, and several other organizations in the mental health and social services sectors, spanning roles from Clinical Quality Liaison to Behavioral Health Advisor. Belle holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from James Madison University.
