Ran (Rita) Yang's work experience includes the following:

- IBM (2023-present): Currently working as a Software Engineer (Band 8).

- Sentaca, an IBM Company (2016-present): Previously worked as a Senior Software Developer. Also served as an Intermediate Full Stack Developer, contributing to more than 10 projects over a period of 2 years. One notable project involved designing and implementing an internal SIM management web app for Telus, including adding new functionality for SIM card provision.

- Sentaca, an IBM Company (2016-2018): Started as a Junior Software Developer before being promoted to higher roles.

Ran (Rita) Yang has an extensive education history. In 2011, they enrolled in the University of Toronto where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. During the same period, they also attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Finance and Management in 2014.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Ran Yang returned to the University of Toronto to further enhance their knowledge and skills. From 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering.
