Snehal Desai currently serves as the SVP & Chief Growth and Innovation Officer at Xylem, leading initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive profitable growth, while overseeing the company’s innovation, technology, digital, and product functions. Snehal has extensive experience in the water technology sector, notably as EVP & Chief Growth and Sustainability Officer at Evoqua Water Technologies, where responsibilities included corporate strategy and sustainable initiatives. In addition to a role on the Board of Trustees at Chatham University, Snehal is recognized for previous leadership positions including Treasurer and Board Member at the US Water Alliance and Global Business Director at The Dow Chemical Company. Snehal holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Michigan, as well as an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University.
