Kristin Dong is a seasoned professional in internal audit with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Audit for the Americas at Xylem since July 2019, Kristin previously held positions as Audit Manager and Senior Auditor at Pitney Bowes, and Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche. Early career experiences include roles as an Accounting Intern at Jeffrey Morgen, CPA, a Bookkeeper at Gargano and Associates, and internships in internal audit and accounting at IBM and Prager and Fenton, LLP. Kristin Dong holds a BS in Corporate Finance and Accounting and an MS in Accountancy from Bentley University, along with a brief educational tenure at University College Dublin.
