Erin Williams-Brutzman is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including water technology and technology services. Currently serving as HR Director for Corporate Functions at Xylem since January 2018, Erin plays a crucial role on the HR leadership team, focusing on talent strategy and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Erin held the position of HR Director for Global HR Programs & Operations at Xylem, advising on HR strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Microsoft, supporting a large consulting organization, and leading the North American corporate HR services at Clariant Corporation. Erin's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
