Henk Verhoeff is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and plant development. Currently serving as the Lead Engineering for the Pointer project at Cosun Protein since April 2024, Henk is involved in the construction of a new protein factory in Europe for the production of Tendra, a protein derived from FAVA beans. Henk has held the position of Manager Plant Development at Sensus since October 2013, following previous roles as a Senior Project Engineer. Earlier career experiences include project leadership at Uticon Ingenieursgroep BV and Grontmij / Bravenboer & Scheers, as well as engineering wastewater treatment systems at De Jonge Impex BV. Henk's educational background includes degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and a certificate in Food Technology from HAS Green Academy.
