Jim Silliman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jim currently serves as the President & CEO of Sensiva Health, a full-service lab direct medical and diagnostic testing company. Prior to this, they were the CEO of ZDX Health.
Jim has also founded and owned Speedflex, and has held CEO positions at Volente Diagnostics, GeneAlign LLC, and the Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas. Jim served as the President of The Steadman Clinic for a significant period of time.
Earlier in their career, Jim worked as the Orthopedic Program Director at UT Southwestern Medical Center. These experiences showcase their diverse expertise and leadership abilities.
Jim Silliman's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they obtained from 1974 to 1978. Jim then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the University of Louisville School of Medicine from 1978 to 1982. Following this, Jim completed a General Surgery Residency Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center from 1982 to 1983, and later an Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center from 1983 to 1986. Jim then further specialized in Knee and Sports Medicine at Tahoe Fracture & Orthopedic Medical Clinic from 1986 to 1987 and in Orthopedic Surgery at Fort Wayne Orthopedics from 1987 to 1990. Finally, Jim completed a Shoulder Fellowship at Western University in 1990.
