Irene Rivera is a UX Researcher at Sensis since November 2022, where responsibilities include triangulating research findings from interviews and secondary data for a website redesign project, as well as partnering with lead UX designers for a federal agency client. Previously, Irene served as a Snap Design Academy Coach at Snap Inc., enhancing teaching processes and ensuring a seamless educational experience for design students. Earlier experience includes roles as a Fellow at the University Innovation Fellows program and a Snap Design Academy Scholar, where Irene contributed to a design sprint project. Additional roles include Social Media/Marketing Designer at Santa Monica College, where design and research skills were applied to website redesign efforts, and Administrative Assistant at BRIAN S. BOXER WACHLER, INC. Irene holds a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design and an Associate's degree in Graphic Design, both from Santa Monica College.
