Walter O'Neal

Field Service Engineer at Sensirion

Walter O'Neal has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2005. Walter began their career as an Industrial Support Associate at Redwing Shoes and later worked as a Computer Assembly Technician at Dell. In 2010, they became a Help Desk Technician at AT&T before transitioning to a role as a Fitness Assistant at UTSA Campus Recreation in 2013.

In 2014, Walter became an Analytical Chemist at SET Environmental, Inc., where they conducted various analytical tests and maintained laboratory instruments. Walter then joined TTEC in 2020 as a Support Engineer, gaining experience in account provisioning and managing client needs.

After that, Walter worked at Essentium, Inc. as a Training & Field Service Engineer, where they provided training and field services. Following that, they joined ICON as a Field Service Technician, responsible for performing maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of printing equipment.

Currently, Walter is working at Sensirion as a Field Service Engineer, starting in 2023.

Walter O'Neal attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2007 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Multidisciplinary Sciences. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications including Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from TTEC in February 2020, PMP® Certification Training Course from Consulting Solutions.Net in July 2019, Google IT Support Professional Certificate Specialization from Coursera in July 2018, and several IT-related certifications from Coursera in July 2018. Walter also completed the Hazwoper 40 Hr certification from the U.S. Department of Labor in December 2017.
