Stefan Kostner

Director R&d Particulate Matter Sensors at Sensirion

Stefan Kostner began their work experience in 2002 as an Elektronikentwickler at Institut für Hochenergiephysik. Stefan worked in this role from January 2002 until December 2004. In 2009, Stefan joined Sensirion and took on the role of Project Manager R&D Liquid Flow Sensors. Stefan held this position from October 2009 until April 2016. Following that, they became the Director R&D Pressure Sensors for Sensirion, starting in May 2016 and ending in December 2016. Currently, Stefan is working as the Director R&D Particulate Matter Sensors at Sensirion, a position they have held since January 2017.

Stefan Kostner completed their Master's degree in Elektrotechnik (Electrical Engineering) from Technische Universität Wien in the period of 1998 to 2004. Stefan then pursued further education and obtained a Ph.D. degree in Elektrotechnik Sensorik (Electrical Engineering Sensors) from the same university between 2005 and 2009.
