Inyoung Jun's work experience includes various roles in HR, finance, marketing, and administration. They started their career at Fosroc as a Marketing & Admin specialist from September 2003 to December 2006. From January 2007 to August 2010, they worked as a Marketing & Admin Manager at Fosroc Korea. In August 2010, Inyoung Jun joined Sensirion as an HR & Finance Manager for Sensirion Korea. They later became the HR & Finance Manager for Sensirion Automotive Solutions KR from September 2017 to May 2018. In June 2018, they transitioned into the role of HR Business Partner (Korea HR Lead) for Sensirion Automotive Solutions KR.

Inyoung Jun completed an MBA from Kyung Hee University's Graduate School of International Studies, specializing in Global HR Management & Development, from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, Jun completed an MBA from the Graduate School of International Studies at Sogang University, with a focus on International Accounting, from 2014 to 2015.
