Catrine Mørk Paulsen has a diverse work experience spanning several years. In 2008 and 2009, they worked as a Summer Intern at Accenture. In 2010, they joined Accenture as a Consultant within the IT Strategy and Transformation practice. Their role involved assisting management in viewing IT as a strategic asset for operational excellence and competitive advantage. From 2015 onwards, Catrine worked at Sensio AS, initially starting as a Project Manager. In 2016, they became the Welfare Technology Director at Sensio, overseeing the delivery of a modular Welfare Technology Platform and Mobile Alarm Central. Lastly, in January 2018, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Sensio.
Catrine Mørk Paulsen attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2005 to 2010, earning a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Economics & Tech. Management. In 2008, they participated in an Erasmus Exchange Year at Mines Paris, where they studied Economics, Engineering, and French. Catrine also obtained certifications in COBIT v5 Foundation from ISACA in 2013 and ITIL v3 Foundation in 2010.
