Vishnu Potluri is an experienced manufacturing leader currently serving as Sr. Director of Manufacturing at Sensience since February 2023, overseeing Global Manufacturing Plant Operations. Prior roles include Director of Global Continuous Improvement & New Product Launch at Cooper Standard, and Plant Manager positions at both Amsted Automotive and Honeywell, where Vishnu demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence. With a foundational career in continuous improvement and engineering, Vishnu has held various engineering and managerial roles across notable companies including Barnes Group Inc., Borg Indak, Manitowoc Foodservice, and Harley Davidson Motor Company. Vishnu's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University and executive education in Leadership & Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
