Karen Bauer-Gonzalez serves as the Lead Billing Manager at Sensible Care since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in billing and office management across various healthcare organizations. Previously, Karen held roles such as Senior Billing Specialist at Pacific Autism Learning Services and Medical Biller at Growing Healthy Children Therapy Services. An earlier position involved serving as Office Manager and Medical Biller at Sierra Rehabilitation Medical Associates, where Karen supervised Medical Assistants and ensured efficient operations. Additional experience includes work as Leave and Benefit Administrator at The Larkin Company and Site Supervisor/Community Organizer at the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Placer County. Karen has also taught Conversational Spanish at the University of San Diego Extension and worked as a Health Education Specialist with the Peace Corps.
