Axel Örn Sigurðsson has been working in the tech industry since 2012. Axel Örn began as a Programmer at Radiant Games in 2012, then moved on to Software Developer at Azazo in 2013. That same year, they took on the role of Teaching Assistant at Reykjavik University. In 2015, they became the Head Of Engineering at Takumi. Most recently, they have worked as a Senior Backend Engineer at SenseOn since 2021.

Axel Örn Sigurðsson attended Reykjavik University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science. Prior to this, they attended Menntaskólinn á Akureyri from 2006 to 2010.
