M Santhosh Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2017, they joined Cognizant as a Senior Process Executive and worked there until 2019. Following that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Ultimo Software Solutions Inc. from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, they joined Perfect and Complete Solutions Inc. as a Frontend Developer and stayed there for a year. Concurrently, they also trained as a Full Stack Development Trainee with MERN Specialization at NxtWave's CCBP 4.0 Intensive Training Program from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as an Engineer (Front End Developer) at Fractal, having started in 2022.

M Santhosh Kumar pursued their education at Malla Reddy College of Engineering & Technology from 2013 to 2017. M Santhosh graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "1729 Original" certification from Analytics Vidhya in October 2022.
