Jennifer Santos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software development and agile project management. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Sensedia since December 2021, Jennifer oversees two high-performance teams focused on regulatory deliveries for Open Finance Brazil and the advancement of the Authorization Server. Prior experience at Grupo GFT includes roles as a Scrum Master, System Analyst, SDLC Consultant, Development Team Lead, and Java Software Developer, where Jennifer led diverse teams, managed project budgets, and contributed to significant improvements in delivery timelines and process automation. Educational qualifications include a degree in System Analysis and Development from Fatec Itu and a degree in Statistics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
