Mark Higgins is an experienced Account Manager and Managing Director at Sense IT Support Limited, where since January 2013, innovative and high-quality business IT support has been provided to small and medium-sized organizations and professional services companies. Prior to this role, Mark managed a team of engineers at Care Computers and Services Limited from July 2001 to December 2012, focusing on IT support for key client accounts. Mark holds a degree from Swansea University, where education was completed from 1997 to 2002, and attended Salesian College from 1993 to 1997.
