Henrique Melo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investments, financial analysis, and data science. Currently serving in real estate investments at Sensatto Investimentos since February 2023, previous roles include financial analyst at Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management and lead developer/data scientist at Project Kinesis. Henrique's expertise is further highlighted by a significant tenure as a data scientist at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Additional experience includes financial data analysis at BMT Weiser LLC, data analysis and programming at Vintage Investimentos, and financial data analysis at Ebba S/A. Henrique holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Master of Arts in Statistics from Columbia University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and participation in the Brazil Science without Borders Scholarship Program at North Carolina A&T State University.
