Bo Sahlström has held various positions in the technology and sales industries since 1987. In 1987, they began as an Area Sales Manager/Sales Manager for Pullmax AB, where they managed sales through subsidiaries and agents in over 30 countries. In 1992, they moved to Consilium Marine & Safety AB as Sales/Division Manager, where they oversaw 25 employees and a turnover of 145 MSEK in 1997. In 1998, Bo Sahlström founded VIPS AB and worked to build an international distribution network and expand the user base for their system. In 2000, they joined Ericsson Global Services as Bid Support Manager, where they worked to develop sales and business orientation. In 2004, Bo Sahlström became Managing Director of Melbye Skandinavia, where they worked to create a robust platform for sustainable growth. In 2010, they founded CTS Northern Europe AB and was responsible for building a company/operation from scratch. In 2019, they began working as Business Development Manager, Logistics Solutions for Toyota Material Handling Europe, where they drove a solution-oriented sales approach and improved customer centric business orientation. Currently, Bo Sahlström is Managing Director and founder of Praeclarus Management AB as well as Business Development - Yggio for Sensative, where they focus on expanding the Yggio business with utility companies, property owners, and Smart cities in Europe.

Bo Sahlström has an educational background in Industrial and Management Engineering. Bo obtained a Master of Science degree from Linköping University between 1982 and 1986. Afterward, they pursued postgraduate studies at Linköping University between 1986 and 1987 in the area of Swedish Technology in foreign countries. Most recently, Bo has been engaged in postgraduate studies at The Swedish Academy of Board Directors since 2018, focusing on "Effective Company Directorship" (Rätt fokus i styrelsearbetet).
