Aida Pratts is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and logistics management. Currently serving as the International Customer Service Manager at Senninger Irrigation INC since January 2006, Aida oversees office activities to maximize productivity and coordinates logistics for export orders. Prior experience includes roles at ANDREWS FILTER AND SUPPLY CORPORATION as Production Line Lead Person, Universal Studios Florida Production Group as Cashier Customer Service, and Perfume Cellar New York in Internet Sales and Customer Service. Aida began their career as a Cashier Customer Service at Kmart. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Industrial Production Engineering from IUTIRLA and a High School Diploma in Information Science/Studies from Colegio San Jose de Tarbes.
