Rachel McCormick worked as an Administrative Assistant at CrossLife Church from August 2021 to October 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations / Alternate Administrator at Seniors Helping Seniors® since January 2023.

Rachel McCormick began their education in 2018 at the College of Central Florida, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree. Rachel then went on to attend the University of Central Florida from 2021 to 2023, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Integrated Business.

In addition to their formal education, Rachel has also earned several certifications. In November 2022, they obtained a certification titled "How to Create a Perfect Elevator Pitch" from LinkedIn. Rachel obtained another certification in July 2022 called "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" from the same institution. In June 2022, Rachel completed the "InDesign 2021 Essential Training," "Public Speaking Foundations," and "Prezi Essential Training" certifications, all from LinkedIn.
