Robert Staron has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Robert started their career as a Programmer at PrimeCare Systems in 1994 and worked there until 2000. Robert then joined Jefferson Lab in 2000 as a Programmer/DBA where they developed and maintained programs and worked on improving workflows and managing information at the Lab. In 2016, they joined Seniorlink as a Senior Software Engineer and later became the Managing Software Engineer. In this role, they managed a team of eight engineers, collaborated with senior engineers on delivery, championed process improvements, and oversaw the development process transition from six weeks to two weeks. Robert also led a project to enable partners to track notifications delivered through AWS pinpoint.
Robert Staron completed their education at William & Mary, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from 1990 to 1994. Robert further pursued their academic journey at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from 1994 to 2000.
