Eileen Harding has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eileen began their career as a Rehabilitation Nurse Case Manager at Wellmark Healthcare Services, Inc. in 1991 and worked there until 1994. Eileen then joined Visiting Nurse Associates, Inc. where they served as a Staff Nurse, St. Elizabeth's Home Care Program Project Coordinator, and Cardiac Surgery Program Manager from 1995 to 1999. Following this, Eileen worked as a Nurse Reviewer in the Program Review Unit at the Division of Medical Assistance, Mass Health for about a year. Eileen then joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as a Project Manager in the Clinical Team, Medical Policy Administration and worked there for a decade from 2000 to 2010. Currently, Eileen is employed at Senior Whole Health, where they have held the positions of RN Care Manager and Care Transition Care Manager since 2011. In these roles, they have developed and monitored care plans for complex community members, performed case management activities to improve health status and quality of life, and collaborated with primary care physicians.

Eileen Harding obtained a Diploma in Nursing from the Framingham Union Hospital School of Nursing, where they studied from 1974 to 1977.
