Laurie Pfalzer is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in culinary arts, human resources, and office administration. Currently serving as the Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator at Homage Senior Services since July 2023, Laurie previously founded and operated Pastry Craft, a boutique culinary school, where expertise in baking and pastry instruction was paired with business acumen in marketing and staffing. Experience at BIO Ventures for Global Health included managing operations and implementing a successful recruiting strategy that expanded the team significantly. Laurie's earlier roles encompassed instructional positions at PCC Community Markets and various paralegal positions in law firms.
