Ben Villescas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben most recently worked at Senior Life Insurance Company, starting in 2020 as a Regional Sales Director and eventually becoming the National Sales Director in 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, Ben worked as an Independent Contractor, specifically as an Energy Canvasser.

Ben also has experience in pastoral leadership, having served as the Youth & College Pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church from 2015 to 2018, where they provided care and leadership to 80 teens and their families, as well as 30 college students and their families. Ben was involved in training and developing volunteer leaders, as well as curriculum development.

Before their role at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Ben was an Assistant Pastor/Youth Pastor at Midlothian Baptist Church from 2011 to 2015, where they led and cared for 30 teens and their families, as well as 20 college students and their families. Ben was responsible for training and developing adult volunteer leaders and curriculum development.

In addition, Ben has worked in other industries. Ben was a Team Leader at a Chick-fil-A franchise from 2007 to 2011 and served as a Customer Service Representative at Penske Truck Leasing from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, Ben worked as a Construction Worker at J & S Construction from 2001 to 2003 and as a Groundskeeper at The Florence Country Club from 1997 to 2001, where they performed various tasks related to maintenance and turf management.

Ben Villescas obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florence-Darlington Technical College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Ben then pursued further education at Baptist Bible College, earning a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Missions & Bible, studying from 2007 to 2011.
