Kyle Ailes is an Occupational Therapist at Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E. since October 2020, with prior experience as a Home Health Aide for The McWethy Family and a Shopper for Shipt. Ailes has a background in providing efficient health assistance and managing groceries for clients while maintaining strong time management skills. Previous roles as a driver for Lyft and Uber included ensuring safe travel for customers and managing expense tracking through Excel. Ailes also completed internships at Western Michigan University’s Work-to-Work and SOAR Clinics, focusing on supporting young adults and children with various conditions.
