Mickey Thigpen is an experienced professional with a strong background in eldercare and operational management. Currently serving as Area Owner at Senior Care Authority since April 2023, Mickey provides placement assistance and eldercare consulting. Previously, Mickey spent over two decades at Reynolda Church EPC, first as Executive Director, overseeing finance, HR, and procurement, and then as Director of Operations, managing resources and developing a long-term capital reserve schedule. Mickey also founded QC, Inc., where the focus was on supporting the housing needs of disabled individuals through habilitation and health services. Mickey holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
