Lidiane Ribeiro is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master currently working at Rain since May 2022. Prior to this role, Lidiane served as Líder de Agilidade at Tempo Assist from June 2021 to May 2022, where responsibility included leading the Agility Chapter. Previous experience includes positions as Scrum Master at FCamara Consulting & Training and Ebix Latin America, focusing on project management, stakeholder communication, and risk management. Additional roles include maintenance planner at Kimberly-Clark and English teacher and exchange advisor at ICBEU. Lidiane holds an MBA in Project Management from USP/Esalq and a degree in Production Engineering from Etep, complemented by a course in Project Management Fundamentals from Normandale Community College.
