Peter Senez is a seasoned professional in fire engineering with extensive experience leading and managing projects internationally. Currently serving as Principal & President of SenezCo since September 2018, Peter also contributes as the Governor and Chair of the Board for the SFPE Educational & Scientific Foundation, collaborating with a dedicated team to advance the fire protection engineering profession. With prior roles including Executive Vice President for Canadian Operations & Forensics at JENSEN HUGHES and Principal & CEO at Sereca Fire Consulting Inc., Peter has demonstrated expertise in various engineering disciplines. Educationally, Peter is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Waterloo, complementing earlier degrees in Fire Protection Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and Concordia University, respectively.
