Steve Hardcastle has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Steve started their career in 1993 as a Switch Supervisor for US Long Distance. In 1996, they moved to American Communications Services Inc. as an Operations Manager. After that, from 1997 to 2004, they worked for DSC/Alcatel and Tekelec as a Customer Technical Support Engineer III and a Technical Support Engineer III, respectively. In 2008, they joined Genband as a Professional Services Engineer. Following that, from 2007 to 2019, they worked for Alcatel/T-Mobile, Consolidated Communications, and Casa Systems, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer II, Software Engineer IV, and Senior Technical Support Engineer, respectively. Currently, they are a Senior Network Operations Engineer for Senet, where they provide operational support for their Low Power Wide Area Virtual Network (LVN\u2122) and performs network monitoring, maintenance, deployment support, troubleshooting, and training for IoT Application and RAN providers utilizing Senet\u2019s NaaS and PaaS platform.
Steve Hardcastle attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1988 to 1990, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering and Economics.
