Iryna Arbuzova is an experienced Product Manager at ENESTECH Software since July 2018, with a strong background in creating product roadmaps, preparing technical requirements, and maintaining project backlogs. Iryna has expertise in software development life cycle (SDLC), user story writing, and agile methodologies, as well as significant experience working with B2B and B2C markets across various regions including CIS, Latin America, and Tier 1 countries. Previous roles include Head of Customer Success, where Iryna managed a team of engineers and improved client engagement, and roles in technical support and demand team leadership at companies such as Video Mania Digital and Admixer Technologies. Iryna holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from National Aviation University.
