Shannon Andrews is an experienced facilities management professional, currently serving as the Facilities Customer Services Manager at Senedd since March 2019. Prior to this role, Shannon held the position of Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL from December 2016 to March 2019, and served as Facilities Coordinator at Natural Resources Wales from September 2012 to October 2016. In this latter role, Shannon was responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment across multiple sites, focusing on compliance and service delivery. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Marketing from the University of the West of England, earned between 2009 and 2012.
