Menai Owen-Jones CDir FIoD FRSA FIWA PGCert LLB is a highly experienced governance professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Independent Governor and Chair of the Governance and Nominations Committee at Cardiff Metropolitan University, Menai has also taken on the role of Chief Executive at LATCH Welsh Children's Cancer Charity, focusing on strategic review and organizational change. Involvement with the Senedd Cymru Welsh Parliament Commission includes being a member of multiple committees, contributing to governance, risk management, and workforce strategies. Menai's expertise extends to being a Trustee and Welsh Language Champion at WCVA, as well as serving as a judge for the IoD Wales Awards. With an extensive academic background in law and corporate governance, Menai's commitment to social leadership and community representation is evident through current roles in various committees and organizations.
