Oleksandr Balabanov is an experienced professional in business development and international education. Currently serving as the Regional Business Development Manager at Seneca College since October 2022, Oleksandr previously held roles such as Senior Business Development Manager at Niagara College and International Admissions and Recruitment Specialist at the International Centre for EAP - ICEAP. With a career spanning over 15 years, Oleksandr has successfully managed agent relationships, developed marketing strategies resulting in significant client database growth, and coordinated international recruitment programs in several countries.
