Julie Clutter has been working in the finance industry for over 10 years. Julie started their career as an accountant at Webster County Memorial Hospital in 2012. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Business Operations. Julie held this position for a year before moving to their current role as VP of Finance at Seneca Health Services.

Julie is a dedicated and hard-working professional who is always looking for ways to improve their skills and knowledge. Julie is a strong leader and team player, and their experience in both accounting and hospital administration makes their an asset to any organization.

Julie Clutter has a MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from LSU Shreveport as well as a degree in Accounting from Glenville State University.

Julie Clutter reports to Marcie Vaughan, President & CEO. They work with Dewayne Chapman - VP, Information Technology, Noel Jewell - Medical Director, and Mary Ann Shires - Director, Crisis & Case Management.
