Ian Kell is an experienced professional in construction management and project development, currently serving as Associate Principal and Development Manager at Seneca Group since October 2013. In addition to this role, Ian has been a Board Member of the Seattle 2030 District since January 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Heery International from March 2002 to October 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington (2004-2006) and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Columbia University (1995-1999).
