Smadar (Sam) Yaniv has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. From 2014 to 2017, they founded and operated CoTime, a company that developed team-building activities. In 2015, they worked as a Tutor and Content Developer for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an MPP Fellow and Policy Advisor at the Government Inclusive Economy Unit for the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. In 2018, they joined Partify, an early-stage startup, as a Growth and Operations Manager, where they focused on community growth, digital strategy, and CRM flows. From 2019 to the present, they have held the position of Director of Global Growth: Media and Engagement at Sendwave, a company that facilitates international remittance. In 2022, they moved on to become the Director of Global Growth: Media and Engagement for both WorldRemit and Sendwave under the Zepz Group. The Zepz Group represents leading global payments brands and has disrupted the industry by taking international money transfers online.
Smadar (Sam) Yaniv has a Bachelor's degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they completed the Revivim Programme. Smadar (Sam) also holds a Master's of Public Policy degree from the University of Oxford.
