Sean Sims is a Senior Manager at Sendero, a management consulting firm, since 2016, where the focus is on enabling organizations to achieve significant and measurable results. Prior experience includes a Specialist role at McKinsey & Company (2005-2015), and serving as Vice President of Consumer Finance at ideas42 (2012-2013). Sean also worked as a Research Associate at Latino Community Credit Union (2004-2005). Academically, Sean holds a Master of Science in International Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science (2003-2004) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Texas A&M University (1999-2002).
