Rafaela Reis Rodrigues is an experienced professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as a project researcher focused on energy efficiency at SENAI CIMATEC since February 2023. Previously, Rafaela worked as a process engineering intern at Braskem, where responsibilities included revising and updating boiler efficiency calculation methodologies and conducting simulations. Rafaela also held leadership positions in the financial sector of AIChE CIMATEC, overseeing project cost evaluations, budgeting, and fundraising initiatives. Earlier roles at SENAI CIMATEC encompassed positions as a technological initiation scholarship holder and a chemistry laboratory monitor, contributing to research and educational support. Rafaela holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Centro Universitário SENAI CIMATEC and is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidade Federal da Bahia.
