Currently, Gary serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Fintova Partners, a consultancy specializing in strategic advisory and technology services for investment management firms. Additionally, Gary is an Advisory Board Member at SenaHill Partners, LP, providing expertise in the financial technology sector. Previously, Gary held prominent roles at major institutions such as UBS as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management Technology, BNY Mellon as Chief Information Officer for Investment Management, and BlackRock as a Managing Director. Gary began a career in finance and technology at Drexel Burnham Lambert as a Programmer/Analyst after earning a BA in Economics, Public Policy, and Computer Science from Duke University.
