Elin Carlsson has extensive work experience in sales and retail. Elin is currently working as a Sales Representative at SENAB since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Rosendahl Design Group A/S from 2017 to 2020 as a Retail Sales Consultant, responsible for sales, customer relations, and managing trade shows. Before that, they worked at Svenssons i Lammhult as a Deputy Manager and Exhibition Manager from 2016 to 2017, where they focused on coaching staff, driving sales, and creating visually appealing environments in the store. Elin also worked as a Salesperson at Firma Fanfar from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for sales, visual merchandising, and administrative tasks. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Svenssons i Lammhult as a Salesperson, responsible for visual merchandising and managing a supplier register. Elin started their career as a Salesperson at People Sävsjö from 2008 to 2012, where they were responsible for sales, visual merchandising, and managing the store's social media accounts.

Elin Carlsson attended Entreprenörskolan Leksand from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Kommunikatör/Dekoratör. During their time at the school, Elin focused on studying qualified sales, leadership, store economics and profitability, store layout, and mechanical storytelling.
