Paul Rosario is an experienced mechanical engineer with a robust background in structural analysis and mechanical design for aerospace and electric vehicle projects. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Sen since September 2022, Paul previously held roles including Stress Engineer at Arrival, where electric vehicle prototype development was a focus, and Principal Stress & Dynamic Analyst at Airbus Defence and Space, contributing to the ESA PROSPECT Lunar Mission. With extensive experience at Airbus Defence and Space from 2013 to 2021, Paul managed complex design projects and led critical testing phases, such as for the EXOMARS Rover and various satellite initiatives. Paul began the professional journey as a Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Engineer at Assystem, supporting A380-e pylon certification. Paul holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from IPSA and has participated in the ERASMUS program at the University of Liège.
