Jackson Wu has over three decades of experience in software and project management across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of IoT Platform Operations at Sierra Wireless since June 2012, Jackson has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Software Development Manager and Project Manager. Previously, positions included Director of Integrations and Customer Care and Director of Program Management at airG Inc., as well as Project Manager roles at UTStarcom, Raytheon Canada, and Telos Technology. Jackson's career began as a Software Developer at Software Kinetics and DY-4 Systems, following a Bachelor of Applied Science in System Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completed in 1987.
