Halley Hastings began their work experience in 2010 at NV5, where they worked as an Environmental Consultant, Business Development, and Chemist III until 2021. Halley then joined Aleut Federal in 2019 as a Director of Business Development, specializing in environmental analytical laboratory services. Halley was responsible for capture planning, strategic teaming, proposals, client relationships, and more. In 2023, Halley Hastings joined SEMS, Inc. as the Director of Business Development.
