Olga Abdullina has a diverse work experience. Olga started their career at Batumi Botanical Garden in 2018 as an International Volunteer for a short period of time. Later that year, they joined Kirovsk High School as an English Language Teacher, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined Semrush, initially as a Customer Care Manager and later transitioned to the role of an Account Manager in June 2022.

Olga Abdullina obtained their Bachelor's degree in ESL teaching from the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Education Management at the Higher School of Economics from 2019 to 2021.
