Laura Black has a diverse work experience. Laura started their career as a Manager at Rita's Italian Ice in February 2014 and held the position until October 2019. From July 2020 to November 2020, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative at The Fairway Edition. In February 2021, Laura joined NewRez LLC as a Junior Processor and stayed with the company until February 2022. Laura then joined Semrush as a Sales Executive in February 2022 and was subsequently promoted to an Account Manager in July 2022 and then to a Client Success Manager in August 2023.

Laura Black received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, which they attended from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in "How to Sell on Value, Not Price" from LinkedIn in May 2023 and in "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in February 2023.
