Harpal Katiyar's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2021, they worked at Semrush, where they focused on SEO fundamentals and keyword research. At Semrush, their responsibilities included optimizing websites for search engines and conducting research on search terms. From 2014, Harpal worked at the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), where they completed a course on computer concepts, gaining basic knowledge of computers. In 2011, they served as an office manager at the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI) in Kolkata, where they managed the needs of members in Bareilly and Moradabad.

Harpal Katiyar has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule (MJP) Rohilkhand University. HARPAL also obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the same university. Prior to their university education, Harpal attended Patel Inter College Bhojipura Bareilly UP, where they completed their Intermediate degree in English Language and Literature, General. Additionally, Harpal completed their High School education in Artificial Intelligence at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule (MJP) Rohilkhand University.
